✔️ Door codes and instructions are sent by text and email prior to arrival

📣 Cancellation Policy
Standard Bookings
• 48+ hours before check-in: No charge
• Within 48 hours: 1-night charge
Peak Season & Events (summer weekends, weddings, tournaments, holidays)
• 7+ days prior: No charge
• Within 7 days: Full reservation charged
Extended Stays (7+ nights)
• 14+ days prior: Full refund
• Within 14 days: No refund
🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any rooms. A $200 cleaning fee will apply.
🐾 Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets.
• $10 per night (max 2 pets per room)
• Please notify us in advance
• Pets must be leashed outdoors and cleaned up after (waste bags provided)
• Pets may be left unattended only if they are quiet and do not disturb other guests
• Excessive barking or disturbances are not permitted
• Please use provided blankets if pets will be on furniture to help keep bedding and upholstery clean
• Any damage, excessive noise, or additional cleaning may result in extra charges or early check-out
